Mother Earth I - Table Model

We look at a miniature version of the archetype Mother Earth I and immediately see the reflection of ourselves, but also everything and everyone around us. This Mother Earth symbolizes the mirror of our soul that prompts us to take action ourselves. To look, to search, to experience. Through the expression in polished bronze, Ann Deman makes sure that the viewer cannot not experience the connection between the work of art and the viewer. Showing the work of art not only as something that takes place outside the viewer but also as part of which he is a part changes his perspective and experience. And this Mother Earth, no matter how fragile, touches us even more.
